RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We care a lot about our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All of our jewelry is subject to high standards of quality, and although it is a seed and other beads type, it is quite durable if treated with care and worn with common sense.
If you have any doubts about a piece before you purchase it, please contact us and we'll be glad to answer any question you may have. We would rather work with you to create jewelry you're happy with than have work be returned.
However, If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept a return of merchandise in its original condition for either a full refund (less shipping & handling) or a store credit, if you contact us within 20 days from the date of shipping. Please email us with your name, invoice number, item number(s), and a brief description of your request before sending any merchandise for return. We will reply to your email within two business days in order to confirm your request to return merchandise and to provide you with any additional information. I must receive your returned merchandise within 10 days from my confirmation email.
WeI will refund you via your original method of payment.
Custom items are not returnable and we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or careless treatment. Remember, Seed are a living material and need a special simple care: water can damage the seeds color, avoid high temperatures, Clean with a dry cloth only!
We ship all purchases Priority Mail from Charleston, SC, which usually takes 3 to 5 days.
Items are usually shipped within 2-7 days from receipt of payment. All pieces are shipped in an envelope or box with filling to protect the jewelry from damage in transit. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, which usually delivers within 2 to 3 business days. All shipping prices, listed below, include insurance and tracking within the United States. Should you need faster service, please email us for a special arrangement.
How do I find my correct ring size?
We suggest you go to a reputable jeweler and have them size your finger properly – do not use plastic or at-home “printable” ring sizers. We also recommend that you have your fingers measured a few different times in order to get an average. If you have worn rings before, you will probably know that your hands change size with the heat or time of day. Please take this into account when finalizing your size.
We primarily use US sizing in our workshop, but we can also calculate the conversion for UK sizing.
What if I get my ring size wrong?
If you order the wrong size and it is a style that can be re-sized, we will do so for a fee plus shipping. Please get in touch with us immediately if you discover upon delivery that the ring is too big or small.
All information provided to Fine Garnish is held strictly confidential. We do not sell or provide your personal information to anyone. Your future business is very important to us, and we intend to earn and keep your trust.
A FEW WORDS ON HANDMADE GOODS...
Everything shown on this site is handmade by Fernanda Sullivan, and two pieces might no be identical, specially seeds. They are a nature work so “fortunately” we can not control sizes and color and we can not guaranty the same shade color for the seeds, it could change by season. If you purchase a piece from the website, and we have that item in stock, we will make every effort to ship it within 3 business days. If we do not have the item in stock, Fernanda will make another especially for you, and this will take 1-5 days. We will let you know if this is the case (and we can as well send you a digital photo if you like it). Feel free to email Fernanda before purchasing if you want to know if the piece shown is in stock or have any other questions.
